Panasonic TX-55HX900 : What is it worth?

Panasonic TX-55HX900 : the new Ultra HD 4K

The firm Panasonic is deciding today to launch a new mid-range model with its TX-55HX900.
Beside, this television is equipped with a Ultra HD 4K resolution.  With a diagonal of 54.6 inches, this mid-range model canbe considered as a rather cheap television .
Although placed in the middle of the range, the manufacturer has tried to offer the viewer an image quality that allows an immersion.
We will see in detail if their objective is reached.

TX-55HX900 from Panasonic – Design

The Panasonic TX-55HX900 appears as a real masterstroke of the brand regarding both its interior and exterior design.
The shapes are balanced and the overall rendering is beautiful to look at. A successful mid-range model.
This TV could simply be one of the best in terms of design for mid-range. It has nothing to envy from its competitors. Even when it’s off, you won’t get tired of looking at it; only happiness!

TX-55HX900 from Panasonic – The screen

The Panasonic has a correct and well-calibrated image quality, but you have to do with a limited native contrast that is suitable for daytime viewing; forget about home theater programs in the dark.

This model has a Ultra HD 4K display. At the same time, we are dealing with a nice display on the screen.
With a frequency of 50 Hz, we’re looking at a high-end TV. Perfect image and exceptional synchronization in game or movie mode.
Finally, Panasonic has chosen to put advanced technology on this TV, which makes it possible to have an Ultra HD 4K image quality .
My opinion to conclude on the display part. It’s in the range, without flourish or excess. An additional choice in the mid-range.

TV sound presentation Panasonic TX-55HX900

It is the custom to say that a good sound comes from a device with a lot of watts, however Panasonic has managed to combine average audio system power with very good sound quality.
The television set is equipped with  two baffles and provides a sound power of 10 W.

In conclusion, the sound of this TV will give you the majority of the sound spectrum. It’s average, but not of poor quality.

Presentation of the Smart TV part of the TV set Panasonic TX-55HX900

For the software part, the TX-55HX900 Panasonic has an operating system my Home Screen 5. You have the opportunity to explore the world of entertainment.
You will also be able to access the Internet, either through your Wi-Fi connection, or for the most geek among you via the LAN; you will then be able to download a whole bunch of applications and movies.
This software environment innovates on the Panasonic TX-55HX900 with a new feature: control the television set with voice. Indeed, thanks to the voice control function, it is possible to change channels, TV sources, turn the TV volume up or down just by talking to it. Isn’t that convenient?
